Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business opportunities in the IT industry
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Co-ordinate with Developer Team in order to ensure smooth delivery of Project to Client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop proposals and solutions that meet the client's needs
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends and technologies
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in IT sales and business development
- Proven track record of successful sales and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of IT products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
